Our weekly rentals rate for a 2 person occupancy studio is $ 750.00 this covers 6 nights and 7 days. A security deposit of $500.00 is required and is refunded upon unit review and key return. If you need a shorter stay please see our main page Beachfront Rentals.

When you stay for a weekly rental, You'll find yourself at peace, able to do whatever you desire ( this is South Beach therefore like Las Vegas, what you do down here, stays down here )

Each of our units is fully furnished, each unit includes air conditioning, Cable TV, full kitchen, Refrigerator, microwave and full bathroom.

The studio's size is 260 square feet in total size, Just small enough, that when you need to shut down it works and large enough that you want to enjoy going out and having a wonderful time.

the 1 bedroom size is 480 square feet total size, you can easily entertain your visitors, have the privacy of your bedroom and enjoy just getting way from everyone.
